Instructions
1. To a pot or saucepan, add water, cornstarch, milk, and condensed milk. Whisk until cornstarch is dissolved.
2. Turn on stove to medium heat and continue whisking until the mixture has thickened.
3. Once mixture is thickened, remove from heat and add ube extract.
4. Allow mixture to come to room temperature. Whisk out any lumps if necessary (you can also run this mixture through a strainer).
5. Add to popsicle molds or funnel into ice candy bags.
6. Freeze for at least 12 hours and enjoy!
