Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken

Instructions



1. Prepare the sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, white vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Stir until fully blended.

2. Add the chicken
Place the chicken pieces evenly in the crockpot.

3. Pour and cook
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, reserving a small amount of sauce for glazing later.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, depending on the size and cut of the chicken. For smaller pieces, begin checking for doneness around 4 hours.

4. Glaze and serve
Before serving, brush the chicken with the reserved sauce for a fresh, flavorful finish. Serve warm.
