Sausage Gravy Pizza

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a round pizza pan. Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle, pressing seams to seal and create a crust. Bake 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare country gravy mix according to package instructions. Stir in cooked sausage crumbles and keep warm.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs, stirring gently, until mostly set but still slightly creamy.

Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the baked crust. Distribute scrambled eggs over the gravy and sprinkle shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses evenly on top.

Bake assembled pizza at 190°C (375°F) for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and eggs are fully set. Allow to rest briefly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  1. Use a round pizza pan for even baking and easy slicing.
