Easy Crockpot Tortellini!

The Game Plan:


Brown It: Cook the ground beef in a skillet with the minced garlic (and chopped onion, if you’re adding it) until fully browned, then drain the grease.


Dump It: Toss the cooked beef, frozen tortellini, Alfredo sauce, pasta sauce, and softened cream cheese right into your slow cooker.


Cook It: Cover and let it simmer on Low for 4 hours, or High for 2–3 hours, until the pasta is tender and the sauces have melted together.


Top It: Serve it hot with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella, Parmesan, and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick!
