Delicious Brown Sugar Chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Season the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper (optional but recommended).

  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Sear the pork chops for about 3–4 minutes per side until browned.

  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over both sides of the chops.

  6. Transfer the skillet (or move chops to a baking dish) and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  7. Spoon the melted butter and sugar glaze over the chops before serving.
