Deli Turkey Protein Plate

How to Make it:


1. Boil the eggs: Put eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
2. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Cool eggs in cold water, peel, and cut in half.
4. Slice cucumber into thick rounds. Cut celery into sticks.
5. Fan turkey slices on one side of the plate.
6. Add cheese slices, cucumbers, celery, and eggs.
7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the eggs (and cucumbers if you like).


Tip:


Boil a few eggs at once so tomorrow’s plate is even faster.
