Creamy Cheese Sauce

Instructions


1. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add flour and whisk for about 1 minute until a smooth paste forms.

3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously so no lumps form.

4. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.

6. Mix in salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

7. Cook another 1 minute until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

8. Pour hot over fries, nachos, burgers, or sandwiches.
