1. Prep & Preheat
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment (overhang for easy lift!)
2. Make the Banana Batter
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Whisk in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
3. Make the Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy (1–2 min).

- Pour half the banana batter into the pan.
