2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
2 cups milk
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
