You’ll Need (serves 1):
• 5–6 oz deli turkey breast slices
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
• 1 cup thick cucumber rounds
• 3–4 celery sticks, cut into short sticks
• 2–3 oz cheddar cheese slices
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
Optional:
• 1 tbsp mustard for dipping the turkey
