Instructions

Form the Patties
Shape ground beef into 4–6 oval patties.

Layer in the Slow Cooker
Place patties in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add the Gravy
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Pour in beef gravy and add mushrooms.

Slow Cook Until Tender

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours

Serve Hot
Spoon the thick onion gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
